Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 (GS(IU)R 98) it is the landlords responsibility to ensure all gas appliances are safe for use for the tenants.

Aberdeen Gas Services are gas safe registered to carry out landlord gas safety certificates in Aberdeen and surrounding areas. A gas safety certificate is required for each gas appliance such as a gas boiler, cooker etc and flue within the property.

  • It is the landlords responsibility to ensure all gas safety certificates are valid and in date
